Shipping policy

All orders placed before 6pm will be sent the next working day wherever possible. Despatch may take longer during busy periods like Sales, Christmas or Holidays (these will be announced via the announcement bar on the home page). 

All shipments are packed in home compostable mailers. 

Digital orders will be delivered via email after purchase as a PDF. 

UK POSTAL RATES - are calculated by weight and shown at checkout

Royal Mail will be used at all times and postage includes a tracking number. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Returns are accepted before 30 days but items must be returned in the original packaging/wrapping or tie. The buyer is responsible to pay for the return. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. Please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss any issues. I will do everything reasonably possible to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction. 

Digital products are not eligible for refunds. 

EU SHOPPERS - NON EU SHOPPERS and REST OF WORLD 

Currently, we only ship to the UK.
